TERMS and CONDITIONS
PAYMENT: All transfers are prepaid prior to the transfer unless it is with an established Account Customer with Airport Transfer Company.
BOOKING AGENTS: Bookings agents shall ensure all terms and conditions are communicated with their clients.
CANCELLATIONS or NO SHOWS: 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of the transfer. All cancellations requests must be sent to email@example.com . All cancellations received with at least 24 hour’s notice prior to the scheduled transfer time will receive a full refund less a $22.00 AUD Administration and handling fee.
RESCHEDULING TRANSFER: If an existing booking needs to be rescheduled or changed by the customer for whatever reason then a $22.00 AUD Booking fee would apply. All reschedule transfer requests must be received by ATC with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to the existing booking and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org confirming the new transfer details.
FLIGHT DELAYS/CANCELLATIONS: In the case of flight delays, ATC will endeavor to meet the later than expected arrival time or provide a substitute service subject to availability. ATC will provide a full refund, with no cancellation fee, for passengers that are unable to utilize our services as a result of commercial flight delays or cancellations. The customer must advise ATC when they become aware of a cancellation or substantial delay, or they could be deemed as a ‘no show’.
FLIGHT ARRIVALS: ATC will meet passengers 15 minutes after the flight has landed for Domestic Flights and 40 minutes for International Flights. Meeting instructions will be as per your booking confirmation for the particular Airport. In cases where the flight arrives early, ATC will endeavor to reschedule the transfer to meet the earlier than expected arrival time, if this is not possible then the transfer will occur at the designated meeting point and time as outlined in our booking confirmation.
WAITING TIME: ATC will charge an additional waiting time fee for the transfer if the driver is required to wait for passengers for whatever reason outside of our normal allocated pickup time. Waiting time applies to Domestic arrivals 30 minutes after the flight has landed and for International Flights it applies 75 minutes after the flight has landed. For all other transfer pickups waiting time will apply from after 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time is charged out at a rate of $10:00 AUD per 10 minute block. All waiting time fees will be charged automatically to the credit card authorized for the transfer.
SERVICE TERMS: ATC does not take any responsibility for missing flight or tour connections arising from operational delays i.e. abnormal traffic congestion, poor weather, road works, etc. Travel times listed on any of our advertising media are approximate only, and are likely to vary.
EXCESS LUGGAGE: Guests travelling must advise ATC prior to their transfer if they are travelling with excess luggage. Excess luggage is deemed when passengers are travelling with more than 2 baggage items per person and/or are travelling with bulky items such as surf boards, bike boxes and/or golf clubs. A surcharge of $30 applies to any transfer that is deemed to have excess luggage.
CLEANING FEE: ATC reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $100, if any passengers soil or damage the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
UNRULY or INEBRIATED PASSENGERS: ATC reserves the right to refuse the carriage of passengers that appear to be unruly, violent, or excessively inebriated. The decision to refuse carriage is the responsibility of the driver, with the intention of protecting our driver safety and the condition of our vehicles. In the case that carriage is refused, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By using ATC services the purchaser/ traveler accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
